Job Summary:

We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Success Associate to join our growing Customer Success team. This is an ideal role for someone starting their career or with up to 2 years of experience who’s eager to learn and grow in a client-facing environment.

You’ll be responsible for keeping our customers engaged, coordinating meetings with senior CSMs, and supporting quarterly business reviews to ensure our customers are achieving success with our platform.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay actively engaged with customers to maintain strong relationships and ensure overall satisfaction.
  • Schedule and coordinate key meetings such as check-ins, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for the senior Customer Success Managers.
  • Track customer usage and milestones to identify opportunities for increased engagement or support.
  • Prepare reports and assist in compiling data and insights for QBRs and customer presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and meeting schedules in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Support, and Product to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Assist in collecting customer feedback and sharing insights with the broader team to improve our service and offerings.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • A customer-first mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Any internship or relevant experience in client-facing or coordination roles is a bonus.

Work Environment:

  • Hybrid Setup:
    • Monday to Thursday: In-office collaboration and training(Night Shift)
    • Friday: Remote work-from-home
